Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched from Thailand.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, and total shipment weight.
Delivery estimates are provided by the selected carrier and should be considered approximate. Actual transit times may vary due to customs processing, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During product launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
Please note that processing time and transit time are separate stages of fulfillment.
Shipping Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders containing incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details may experience delays, additional carrier fees, return-to-sender charges, or failed delivery attempts. Any expenses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout remain the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipments, all recipient information should be entered using English characters whenever possible.
Certain countries may require additional identification information for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for providing any required information when requested.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Keycapepe has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance. The recipient is solely responsible for any charges associated with customs clearance and importation.
We are unable to declare false values, alter customs documentation, or misrepresent package contents.
Returned or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs information, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the package, any costs incurred during the return process may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Original shipping fees, customs charges, carrier handling fees, and other non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable.
Delivery Issues
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery operations are managed by the shipping provider.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, delayed, held by customs, or is experiencing a delivery issue, customers should first contact the carrier responsible for the shipment.
While we will do our best to assist when possible, Keycapepe cannot guarantee compensation for delays, customs processing times, carrier errors, theft, or delivery issues occurring after the package has entered the carrier's network.
Packaging
All orders are packed with care to help protect products during transit. Packaging methods may vary depending on the type, size, and fragility of the items being shipped.
Despite our efforts, minor wear to external packaging that occurs during transportation is not considered product damage.
