Returns & Refunds
We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Products that show signs of installation, modification, wear, or misuse are not eligible for return.
Returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, or ordering mistakes are accepted at our discretion. In such cases, customers are responsible for all return-related expenses, including shipping, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order contains a damaged item, incorrect product, manufacturing defect, or missing component, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Product-Specific Conditions
Keyboard Cases, Plates & Cosmetic Finishes
Mechanical keyboard products are manufactured through machining, coating, anodizing, polishing, and other industrial processes. Minor cosmetic variations may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
Examples include:
- Small marks in non-visible areas
- Minor machining or tooling marks
- Slight finish inconsistencies
- Minor variations in anodizing, coating, or PVD treatments
- Plate imperfections that do not affect functionality
Such conditions do not qualify for replacement, refund, or exchange.
PCBs
All PCBs should be tested before assembly or soldering.
We may provide support for PCBs that arrive physically damaged or fail initial testing upon receipt. However, claims cannot be accepted after soldering, modification, improper installation, or damage caused by static electricity (ESD).
Testing before assembly is strongly recommended.
Switches
Due to manufacturing tolerances within the mechanical keyboard industry, minor differences in feel, sound, stem movement, or keycap fitment are considered normal.
Switches are eligible for replacement only in cases of complete functional failure.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Order Changes & Cancellations
For in-stock items, changes or cancellations may be requested before shipment. Once tracking information has been issued, the order can no longer be modified or canceled.
For Group Buys, pre-orders, and made-to-order products, cancellations are only permitted while the ordering window remains open. Once production or fulfillment has begun, all sales are final.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing charges, currency conversion losses, administrative expenses, and other non-recoverable transaction costs.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your payment provider after approval.
Any applicable cancellation fees, shipping charges, duties, taxes, or non-recoverable transaction costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
