Group Buy Policy
What is a Group Buy?
A Group Buy (GB) is a pre-order event where products are manufactured after the ordering period has ended. By participating in a Group Buy, customers acknowledge that the product is not currently in stock and will require a production period before fulfillment.
Estimated timelines provided on product pages are based on information available at the time of listing and should be considered estimates only.
Production & Fulfillment
Group Buy products are subject to manufacturing, quality control, logistics, customs clearance, and other factors outside of Keycapepe's direct control.
As a result, production and delivery schedules may change without prior notice.
By placing a Group Buy order, customers understand and accept that delays may occur and do not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, compensation, or discounts.
Order Cancellations
Group Buy orders may only be canceled while the Group Buy ordering window remains open.
Once the Group Buy period has ended, all sales are considered final and cancellations are not permitted.
Exceptions may be granted solely at Keycapepe's discretion.
Product Changes
Manufacturers may occasionally make adjustments to colors, materials, finishes, packaging, specifications, or included accessories during the production process.
Minor differences between prototype images, renders, samples, and final production products are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Shipping Estimates
Any estimated shipping dates displayed on product pages are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Keycapepe is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, fulfillment partners, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Combined Orders
If a Group Buy item is purchased together with in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all products are available for shipment.
Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.
Refunds & Returns
Unless required by applicable law, Group Buy products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to:
- Production delays
- Changes in personal preference
- Minor manufacturing variations
- Minor cosmetic imperfections within manufacturing standards
- Differences between prototype renders and final production units
Any approved exception will be handled in accordance with Keycapepe's Refund & Return Policy.
Manufacturer Delays & Force Majeure
Keycapepe acts as a retailer and intermediary between customers and manufacturers.
We cannot guarantee production schedules, manufacturing timelines, or shipping timelines provided by third-party vendors.
Keycapepe shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing issues, material shortages, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
By participating in a Group Buy, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
